We are thankful for your willingness to serve and
appreciate your cooperation in putting our “nurturing child-care service” into
practice. The attached information are helpful hints and instructions for
Sunday Morning worship time in our Little Lambs Nursery. These guidelines will
help prepare and assist you for your time spent with the children. PLEASE read
them carefully, now and before the Sunday you are scheduled to
volunteer. This will help you become more familiar with the policies. Again,
thank you for the love and attention you show each child. We are always
praising God for new volunteers to join us in blessing our young families with
the love and care of Christ.

page under “Worship”.

nursery.

The weekly bulletin will list the nursery
attendants for the upcoming Sunday

If you are unable to keep your assigned
time please call another volunteer in advance to trade times with you.
Please remember to call for a replacement. It
is very important to have volunteers in our nursery every Sunday. You never know
when we may have a visitor who does return because they are looking for a church
with a “nurturing child-care service” and there is no one in our nursery to care
for their child during the service.

We ask that you please arrive to the
nursery 10 min prior to the start of worship.

Change diapers/clothing as necessary.
Please check all diapers near the end of service.

Rock, play with, sing to, and show picture
books to the children.

Feed babies when needed or requested by
parents.
If
you know of anyone who would like to be added to our list of volunteers please
have them sign up on the sheet in the nursery. If at anytime you would like to
have your name removed from the list please cross your name off the list in the
nursery (it will be in a red notebook in the cabinet at the nursery entrance).
If you are still scheduled to volunteer a future Sunday please find a
replacement.
